# Backend Communication failure

Hallo,
ich bekomme immer wieder den Fehler im Backend 0-communication failure. Das Ajax Timeout habe ich schon auf 120 gestellt, auch höher. Selbst beim Speichern dieser wenigen Einstellungen kommt der Fehler. Das Laden der Daten ist schnell, auch das Frontend läuft schnell. Nur beim Speichern im Backend bekomme ich diese Fehlermeldungen. Laut network traffic handelt es sich um diesen Ajax Request: /backend/Config/saveForm?\_dc=1642844692245. Der bricht dann nach der Timeout EInstellung ab. Was kann ich tun?

Hast Du mal im Error-Log der Website nachgesehen, ob es dort noch einen Hinweis auf den Fehler gibt?

Schuld war ein Plugin, Hersteller hat das behoben.
