# Backend bleibt nach Installation von Shopware Com.E. weiß un

Hallo an alle, ich habe nun den Provider von HostEurope nach All.inkl gewechselt und dort hat die Installation funktioniert und wurde erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Meine Probleme bestehen jetzt darin, wenn ich auf den “Backend aufrufen” Button gehe, der Bildschirm weiß bleibt und wenn ich die Shop-URL aufrufe die Fehlermeldung kommt: Fatal error: Incompatible file format: The encoded file has format major ID 3, whereas the Loader expects 4 in /www/htdocs/w00f155b/engine/Shopware/Plugins/Default/Core/License/Bootstrap.php on line 0 Ich bin echt ratlos und habe keinen blassen Schimmer, wie ich das Problem lösen kann, da ich auch allgemein nicht so viel Ahnung von dem Ganzen habe. Ich würde mich über Hilfe riesig freuen… 🙂

Hi, schau mal hier [administration-f11/fatal-error-incompatible-file-format-bootstrap-php-t6521.html](http://forum.shopware.de/administration-f11/fatal-error-incompatible-file-format-bootstrap-php-t6521.html) Wenn du PHP 5.3 hast muss die IonCube Variante installiert werden. Deine Meldung kommt von der Software Zend Guard auf dem Server und dafür gibt es keine Shopware Version. Es gibt eine alte ZendOptimizer Version, due aber nur für PHP \> 5.2.12 ist

Hallo Herr Klöpper, danke für diese Information… ich schmeiße jetzt nochmal alles runter und installiere dann die IonCube-Version und melde mich dann nochmal… ich wünsche dann noch einen schönen Abend

Ich habe nun die IonCube-Version installiert, der Shop ist jetzt aufrufbar und in das Backend komme ich jetzt auch 🙂 vielen Dank nochmal für die Hilfe 😉 Ich hoffe mal das ich so schnell nicht nochmal Probleme habe, sonst spamme ich ja das Forum hier halb zu 😛
