# Automatische Mail nach Kauf eines bestimmten Artikels

Einen wunderschönen zusammen,

ich komme gerade nicht weiter.  
Ziel ist es nach dem Kauf eines bestimmten Artikels (Zahlungsstatus Bezahlt) eine Mail an den Kunden zu senden.  
Mein Ansatz war der Flow Builder. Hier kann ich den Trigger setzen auf:  
Status erreicht / Bestellung Transaktion / Status / Bezahlt

Nur wie bekomme ich dann noch die Einschränkung hin, dass dies nur für einen bestimmten Artikel gelten soll?  
Im Rule Builder habe ich dazu auch nichts gefunden.

Oder ich übersehe etwas 😅

Moin Andreas,  
du musst dir zuerst eine Regel zur artikelidentifiaktion bauen.  
Position-\>ist eine von-\> artikel definieren

Anschließend legst du im Rulebuilder eine Regel an, die in etwa so aussieht:  
Auslöser → Checkout / Order / Placed → Bedingung wenn (deine Rule von vorher) → Wahr → Versand Deiner Mail  
Falsch lässt du einfach frei.

Ich hoffe, das kann man annähernd verstehen.
