Hallo. Ich bin neu und etwas hilflos. SW6 steht bei mir 6.5.3.3. Die automatische SW -aktualisierung bestätigt mir den neusten Stand. Ich will aber den Anschluss nicht verlieren. Könnt ihr mir helfen? Finde leider nicht so richtig etwas im Forum. shopware.yaml: shopware: auto\_update: # Disables the auto updater in the UI enabled: false admin\_worker: # The Admin worker should be disabled on production server. # enable\_admin\_worker: false Danke ---

Was hat das Update über die Administration mit dem Admin Worker zu tun? Wieso startet dein Auto Update nicht, welche Fehlermeldung erhältst du? ---

Warum es nicht startet? Weiß ich eben nicht… Ging bisher problemlos. Meldung: Ich bin auf dem neusten Stand. Das kann ja nicht sein. bei 6.5.3.3… Hast du einen Tipp? ---

Hey @tecdeas, da stimme ich dir zu. Unsere neuste Version ist die 6.6.5.1. Du könntest dir auch mit folgender Anleitung das Update manuell herunterladen: [Shopware 6 - Update Guides - Shopware aktualisieren](https://docs.shopware.com/de/shopware-6-de/update-guides/shopware-aktualisieren-updaten?category=shopware-6-de/update-guides#update-per-browser) Erstelle vorher bitte ein Backup, deaktiviere sämtliche Erweiterungen (egal ob kompatibel oder nicht) und aktiviere das Shopware Default Theme für alle Sales Channels. Ja. OK. Aber warum startet der Automatismus nicht? Wenn ich den Fehler nicht findet … muss ich ja jedes mal den Weg gehen? Vg ---

also wir hatten das identische Problem bei einem Shop vor kurzem, das lag daran dass der Shopware Store nicht aktiv war. ---

Es gibt ein Plugin, das es ermöglicht über die Administration Plugins aus dem Shopware Store zu installieren. Dieses Plugin ist bei der Installation vorinstalliert. Anscheinend muss dieses Plugin aktiviert sein, damit die Updates funktionieren. ---

korrekt @Max_Shop Shopware Updates über das Backend funktionieren nur bei dem aktiven Plugin Shopware Store Ansonsten können scheinbar nicht die Updates abgerufen werden. @tecdeas ---

Danke an alle für die Hinweise. Ich habe jetzt das Update manuell durchgeführt und werde mal sehen ob jetzt der Auto-Updater wieder läuft… Plugin aktiv.
