# Authentifizierung fehlgeschlagen

Ich wollte einige Plugins updaten und bekomme folgende Fehlermeldung:

„Die Authentifizierung auf dem SBP-Server ist fehlgeschlagen.  
Error code: UsersException-4“

Was bedeutet das? Was kann ich da machen?

Ich erhalte aktuell  
Forbidden  
You don’t have permission to access this resource.

beim Zugriff auf meinen shopware Account unter [https://account.shopware.com](https://account.shopware.com)  
ggf. hängt das Problem damit zusammen, dass das Backend bei shopware nicht verfügbar ist?
