# AP-Call: MySql server has gone away

bei einem Call über die Shopware API wird bei uns folgender Fehler ausgelöst. Das Script hängt dann einfach oder bricht ab…

An exception occurred while executing ‚# system-config::load::search-ids SELECT `system_config`.`id` FROM `system_config` WHERE (`system_config`.`sales_channel_id` IS NULL) ORDER BY `system_config`.`sales_channel_id` ASC, `system_config`.`id` ASC LIMIT 500‘: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 2006 MySQL server has gone away

das tritt beispielsweise auf bei einem GET an /product-manufacturer oder einem GET an /search/property-group

was können wir tun?
