# Anrede in Bestellbestätigung

Hallo Zusammen, kann mir jemand sagen, was ich einstellen muss, dass der in der Bestellbestätigungsemail nicht mehr “HallO Vorname Zuname” schreibt, sondern “Sehr geehrter Herr … Sehr geehrte Frau …”? Gruß

Das Thema ist zwar etwas älter, aber ich möchte es noch mal ausgraben, da es in der 4.3.0 immer noch kein Standard ist, den Besteller mit „Sehr geehrte/r Herr Frau“ oder einfach nur Hallo „Herr/Frau“ in der Bestellbestätigung anzureden. Leider funktioniert der Lösungsvorschlag in der 4.3.0 nicht oder nicht mehr. Wie kann das gelöst werden (html Mail)? Was ich bereits ausprobiert habe und NICHT funktioniert ist: [list] {if $billingaddress.salutation eq „mr“}r Herr{elseif $billingaddress.salutation eq „ms“} Frau{/if} [/list] [list] {salution} [/list] [list] {$salution} [/list] Bitte um Hilfe! Gruß Frank

Funktioniert bei mir leider nicht. Auch nach dem Löschen aller Caches.  
Muss ich für Shopware 5.2.16 irgendetwas hinzufügen ode rlöschen?

Für die sRegistrationconfirmation funktioniert es bei mir in SW 5.X mit:

Sehr geehrte{if $salutation eq „Herr“}r Herr{elseif $salutation eq „Frau“} Frau{/if} {$firstname} {$lastname},

Für die Orderconfirmation klappts mit:

Sehr geehrte{if $billingaddress.salutation eq „mr“}r Herr{elseif $billingaddress.salutation eq „ms“} Frau{/if} {$firstname} {$lastname},
