# Anfänger hat riesen Problem

Hallo, ich wollte das Logo ändern, habs eigentlich genau so gemacht wie [hier](http://wiki.shopware.com/Wie-kann-ich-ein-Logo-in-meinen-Shopware-4-Shop-einpflegen%5C_detail%5C_955.html) beschrieben. Hallo, es ist erst mal wichtig zu wissen welches Template du verwendest bzw von welchen es vererbt ist, denn es gab schon viele Fragen bei denen sich herausstellte das nicht das Standard genutzt wurde oder vom Responsiven Template von Conexco geschrieben wurde. Stell mal bitte deine „header.tpl“ hier ein, da hast du bestimmt ein Fehler drin.

Wenn ich die header öffnen möchte, kommt folgendes Forbidden You don’t have permission to access /templates/emotion\_green/frontend/index/header.tpl on this server. Wenn ich meine Shopware Backend öffne, kann ich auch hier bei den Templates keine Vorschau ansehen.😢

Der Fehler besagt, dass du in der header.tpl in Zeile 2 ein ungültiges Satzzeichen verwendet hast. Und wenn Du schon ein Template neu angelegt hast, dann musstest du es ja auch auf den Server kopieren. Gruß Gesendet von meinem GT-I9100 mit Tapatalk 2

Eine gewisse Grundvoraussetzung muss man schon mitbringen um einen Shop anzupassen. Dazu gehört das man sich mit FTP auskennt sowie ein Grundwissen über HTML und CSS. Leider würde es hier den Rahmen sprengen dir alles detailliert zu erklären, wenn du nicht mal mit der Rechtevergabe von Dateien und Verzeichnissen auf dem Server vertraut bist.
