# Anbindung Google Analytics bei Shopware 6

Hallo zusammen,

wir bekommen Google Analytics nicht eingebunden. Das Problem scheint zu sein, dass der Source Code nicht im Quelltext erscheint.

Tracking ID ist eingegeben und aktiviert, aber im Source Code wird diese nicht aufgeführt. Alle Haken bei der Integration im Backend sind auf „aktiv“.

Hat hier jemand einen Tipp?

Wenn die Tracking-Cookies nicht akzeptiert werden, dann bindet Shopware, entsprechend der DSGVO, Google Analytics nicht ein. Liegt es daran? Sonst kann man eigentlich nichts falsch machen.

Danke für die Rückmeldung, in den Cookies ist Analytics integriert.

Ich formuliere meine Frage etwas um:  
wir bekommen Google Analytics nicht eingebunden. Das Problem scheint zu sein, dass der Analytics-Codeschnipsel mit der Analytics-ID nicht im Quelltext erscheint oder übergeben wird.

Die Tracking ID ist eingegeben und aktiviert im Backend von Shopware, aber im Source Code wird diese Analytics-ID nicht aufgeführt. Alle Haken bei der Integration im Backend sind auf „aktiv“.

Ich formuliere meine Antwort um, da ich glaube, dass es ein Missverständnis gab:

Wenn der Benutzer im Browser keine Tracking-Cookies akzeptiert, dann wird Google Analytics nicht eingebunden.

In den Verkaufskanälen, dann unter Analytics bindet man die Analytics-ID ein. Habe noch nie gesehen, dass das nicht funktioniert. Ggf. Cache leeren?

die Analytics-ID ist im Backend eingebunden und auch in den Cookies ist alles richtig, doch taucht der Source-Code nicht mal im Quelltext von der Webseite auf?!  
Ergo, wir haben 0 Tracking, egal ob der Benutzer die Cookies akzeptiert oder ablehnt. Das ist ja das Eigenartige?!

Habt ihr ein individuelles Theme? Vllt. wurde da etwas falsch gemacht und daher fehlt das Javascript.

Sowas müsste schon im Quelltext zu finden sein, gerade mal in einer 6.3.5.1 getestet.

Das haben wir in der Tat! Dieses wurde durch eine externe Agentur eingepflegt und könnte daher das Problemkind sein.  
Werde ich umgehend prüfen lassen, vielen Dank für den Tipp.

Habt ihr den Standard Consent-Manager denn ausgebaut? Dann müsste man natürlich euren Cookie Manager beibringen, wie er das Javascript von Google laden muss, sonst funktioniert das nicht.

Ich habe das selbe Problem. Tracking ID von meinem Google Konto bei Shopware im vorgesehenen Feld eingetragen jedoch wenn ich die Verknüpfung über Google teste diese Meldung:

„Auf Ihrer Website wurde Google Analytics nicht gefunden. Folgen Sie bitte der Anleitung zur Snippet-Installation und versuchen Sie es noch einmal.“

Kann mir jemand helfen?

Wir sind immer noch auf der Fehlersuche. Doch seit kurzem wissen wir, dass es anscheinend an dem Cookie PlugIn liegt. Wir nutzen nicht den Standard-Cookie Banner von Shopware, jedoch läuft der Google Tag Manager wohl nur 100% rund mit dem Standard. Also „passen“ wir derzeit den Cookie Banner an und schauen ob es dann endlich funktioniert…

Bei mir war es die Ungeduld….  
Nach 24 Stunden hat Google es einfach geschluckt!
