# An error occurred during switching customer

Hi,

I am tying to create an order with an existing customer but I keep getting an error. Any suggestions what can cause this? I find SW6 very unstable, it has crashed 4 times while testing the migration, either when updating to a newer version, either when installing a plugin and so on.
