# Amazon Pay Probleme "Could not determine status of the pending checkout session."

Mir ist aufgefallen, dass wir gegenüber anderen Zahlungsraten bei Amazon Pay hohe Abbruchraten verzeichnen. Einige Zahlungen sind erfolgreich, bei denen die nicht erfolgreich sind erhalten wir jedoch folgende Fehlermeldung:

swag\_amazon\_pay.ERROR: Payment has been declined: Could not determine status of the pending checkout session.

Hat jemand das Problem bereits gehabt und kennt eine Lösung? Bricht hier der Kunde ab oder funktioniert die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Amazon Pay Plugin und Shopware nicht?

Wir hatten das Problem kürzlich auch, mit dem SwagAmazonPay Plugin v5.1.1  
Das ist scheinbar dieses Ticket : [Shopware Issuetracker](https://issues.shopware.com/issues/APAY-170)  
Ich gehe mal davon aus dass Update auf die v5.1.2 das Problem löst.

Seit heute haben wir das Problem auch. Bis dato das erste mal.  
Dieser Beitrag ist ja derweil aus 2022.  
AmazonPay Plugin Version: 5.2.1.

Hat jemand aktuell das selbe Problem?
