# Aktueller Shop wird im Account mit (alter) Version Shopware 5 angezeigt

Mittlerweile ist er aber upgedatet auf V6.
Im Shopware Account kann ich den Shop aber nicht auf V 6 stellen.
Was tun?

Bei Shopware anrufen oder E-Mail schreiben.
Migration wurde vermutlich nicht gemacht, sonst sollten da sowohl 5 als auch 6 für den Shop stehen.

„Er möchte die Frage nicht beantworten“, der ist gut. Dann führe die Migration von SW5 so weit durch, dass die zwei Accounts in [shopware.com](http://shopware.com) angelegt werden.

Ich habe eine mail geschrieben. Nichtsdestotrotz möchte der Telefon Support die Frage nicht beantworten.
Ich habe das Problem gelöst: Man kann die Migration im Shopware Account (nicht im Shopware BE) abschliessen.

Hallo, ich habe die selbe Aufgabenstellung. Wie kann ich die Versionsumstellung selbst durchführen? ich habe mich im Menü durchgeklickt, finde aber keine Möglichkeit von 5 auf 6 umzustellen.
