I have following Scenario: On an Event, a Client refers a colleague to become a client for my shop.

At home, the colleague signs up for my partner-program.

Can I link these two client accounts together, so that every time the colleague pays something the client will get provision?

It is very important that it is not tracking based - because the client can delete cookies or log in from different location, is there a plugin, a possibility to create such an referral program?
