# Advanced Import / Export - 503 bei Profil anlage

Hi,

auf einer ganz frisch aufgesetzen Demoinstan von Shopware (neueste Version), schaffe ich es einfach nicht mir das neue Import Modul anzusehen. In dem Moment wo ich ein neues Profil für Artikel&nbsp;&nbsp;anlegen will, erhalte ich sofort einen 503 - SErvice Unavailable. Muss man da noch irgendetwas spezielles vorab konfigurieren? &nbsp;(bei einem Profil z.b. für Translations gibt es das PRoblem nicht).

Irgendeine Idee?

Hallo Hammock,

wir konnten den Fehler reporduzieren - dieser liegt (bei uns zumindest) im Zusammenspiel mit PHP 7 und dem Advanced Export Plugin. Wenn du die PHP 5.6 verwendest, funktioniert der Export einwandfrei.
