# Abocommerce im Backend Fehler 503

Hallo, mein Abocommerce hat super funktioniert. Jetzt wurde an den Zahlungsarten etwas geändert und manche IDs gibt es nicht mehr. Seitdem bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung 503 wenn ich im Backend unter MArketing-Abonnements aufrufe. Es können die Bestellungen nicht geladen werden. JEtzt meine Frage: Kann es sein, dass die Bestellungen nicht mehr geladen werden können, da teilweise eine Bezahlart angegeben ist, die es in der DB nicht mehr gibt? Wenn nicht, woran kann es sonst liegen? Ich hoffe, ihr könnt mir einen Tipp geben! Ist est wichtig! Danke und lg Nadja

Hi, kannst du dazu mit der genauen Beschreibung zum Nachstellen eben unter [jira.shopware.de](http://jira.shopware.de) ein Ticket anlegen? Dann können wir das prüfen und ggf. eine Lösung dafür in das Modul einbauen. Danke! Daniel

Ich hab hier noch die Fehlermeldung die verschickt wurde. Vielleicht kann mir damit jemand sagen, wo das PRoblem liegt. Fehler ist erstmal behoben. Es lag wirklich an der fehlenden Payment-ID. Ich habe diese in der DB wieder hinzugefügt und es kann im BAckend wieder geladen werden. Jetzt muss ich halt noch testen, ob alles funktioniert 🙂 Vielen Dank für den Link zum Ticketservice und die schnelle Hilfe dort. lg Nadja
