# 503 service unavailable / Versandkostenverwaltung

Hallo zusammen, gestern habe ich Shopware komplett gelöscht und neu installiert, da ich bei der alten Installation zu viel dran gefummelt hatte. Die neue Installation lief problemlos und ich konnte auch alles einrichten bis auf „Versandkosten“. Immer wenn ich unter „Einstellung -\> Versandkosten“ klicke, erhalte ich folgende Fehlermeldung: [quote]503 - Service Unavailable Ups! Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten! Hallo, hast du schon irgendwelche Dinge gelöscht? Länder oder Shops oder Zahlungsarten? Das Modul geht nicht mehr auf, wenn vorhandene Zahlungsarten auf Dinge zugreifen bzw. beschränkt sind, die es im Shop dann nicht mehr gibt. In so einem Fall kann man das nur über die Datenbank retten bzw. anpassen Sebastian

Hallo Sebastian, ich habe nichts gelöscht. Ich habe zwei Zahlungsarten „Deaktiviert“ aber nicht gelöscht und bei den Ländern habe ich auch nichts gelöscht. Wo kann ich das nachgucken? Ich habe Shopware neu installiert. Habe dann meine AGB, Impressum, Formulare, etc. alles was mit Texte zu tun hat angepasst. Wollte dann die Versandkostenverwaltung öffnen und jetzt gab es schon die Fehlermeldung. Ob der Fehler VOR dem einstellen der Texte etc. schon vorhanden war, kann ich nicht sagen.
