# 503 Fehler beim ändern das Bestell- oder Versandstatus

Hallo,

seit dem Update auf 5.2.4 bekommen wir bei einigen Bestellungen einen 503 Fehler (Service Unavailable) wenn wir den Bestell- oder Zahlungsstatus ändern. Hatte das jemand von Euch und weiß rat?

Hey,

bitte überprüfe ob es eventuell Plugins gibt die in den Bestellprozess eingreifen und wohlmöglich nicht kompatibel sind. In meiner Demoumgebung funktioniert das Änder des Bestellstatus ohne Probleme - in solchen Fällen ist es sehr hilfirech das Fehlerdebugging zu aktivieren um hier eine konkrete Fehlermeldung zu erhalten:
