Hallo Florian,  
Du bist nicht allein, das wird gerade in mehreren Posts diskutiert:

[Fehler beim Import Datenbank](https://forum.shopware.com/t/fehler-beim-import-datenbank/87596)  
und weitere (einfach mal nach `AddLanguageToOrder` suchen).  
Es scheint mit der MariaDB zusammenzuhängen und bei allen Versionen \>6.3 zu Problemen zu kommen.
