# 0 - communication failure

Hallo zusammen, wir bekommen seit einiger Zeit einen „0 - communication failure“ in verschiedenen Bereichen des Shopware Backends. Dieser Fehler tritt in unregelmäßigen Abständen auf. Beispiel: Bearbeiten von Artikel, geht eine Weile gut. Irgendwann klickt man dann auf Speichern und es tut sich erstmal nichts, nach 20-30 Sekunden kommt dann der besagte Fehler. hat jemand eine Idee, was hier das Problem ist.

Das Problem hatte ich auch schon. Ursache war das Antivirenprogramm SOPHOS, das in Echtzeit die aufgerufenen Webseiten prüfte. Nachdem ich das abstellte, hatte ich keinerlei Probleme mehr.
