# 0 communication failure shopware backend Kunden

Hallo,

Wenn ich Kunden im Backend anrufe bekommen ich&nbsp;0 communication failure…

Im Log file steht :

hat jemand eine Idee? Problem ist nur auf test Instanz auf Lokal funktioniert gut.

Vielleicht stimmt etwas mit der Rechteverwaltung des Benutzers nicht.

Habt ihr irgendwelche spezielle Konfigurationen?

Ich hatte so einen Fehler schonmal mit einem falsch konfigurierten Redis Setup, wo beim Cache löschen auch alle Browser Sitzungen gekillt wurden
