# "0 - communication failure" beim Shopware Connector zu Plentymarkets

Guten Tag,

ich habe gerade den Shopware-Connector installiert und habe die API Daten soweit eingegeben. Die Verbindung ist auch aktiv, wenn ich nun allerdings versuche die Einstellungen zu öffnen, lädt es lediglich sehr lange, bis irgendwann die Fehlermeldung “0 - communication failure” erscheint. Vielleicht hat ja jemand eine Idee wie ich dieses Fehler beheben kann.

Diesen Fehler hatte ich auch schonmal. Prüf am Besten mal, ob dein Server die [Mindestanforderungen](https://www.plentymarkets.eu/handbuch/tools/shopware-connector/voraussetzungen/#2) des Plugins erfüllt.

Und wirf mal einen Blick auf die eingerichtete Shopware-Lizenz. Du brauchst mindestens die [Professional Edition](https://de.shopware.com/professional/), um den Connector benutzen zu können.
