Install Error: Class 'Symfony\Component\HttpKernel\Exception\HttpException' not found

Hello,

I just downloaded the latest version to do a fresh install.

But i get this error after i enter my database details and click next.

I did check the database, and i can see it created 2 tables.

does anyone know what this error could be, and how to fix.

i have checked, and all the files are there.

this is running on CentOS 7 with NGINX, with all the correct PHP/SQL.

i am using Composer 2.0, if that is a cause of issues?

I had a fatal error:

PHP Fatal error: Class ‘Symfony\Component\PropertyAccess\Exception\RuntimeException’ not found in /var/www/html/roadsofearth/vendor/symfony/property-access/Exception/UnexpectedTypeException.php essays.agency

It stopped php script execution. There were many errors in error.logs.
