Picture problem after updating

Hi there,

First i would like to notice that reinstalling the demo data deletes all existing data in the database.

Second, i just updated shopware and now the pictures of the products arent loading correctly, when opening a category page it wont show them until you click the product and get on the product page, besides that, it doesn’t show them on the products page in the backend, only if you click the product and see which media is assigned to it.

Could somebody help me with this?

Hi Dylan,

yes indeed the demo data plugin delets all other data in the administration, this should now be changed as of the first stable version of shopware (6.1).

It does sound like as if the thumbnails were not generated, you might consider re-generating the thumbnails for missing picutres or for all pictures at once.
