Redirect loop problem

Hallo,

I have a problem with newsletter subsite for serval days. 

When i go to the Newsletter | Gewürze der Welt all work great, but on Newsletter | Gewürze der Welt (without slash). Website has a redirect loop on yourself. 

I dont know why and where is a problem. I dont know how find the solution.
I cleared cache few times, i checked logs, i tried on other browers. 

Does anyone have any idea?

It should work, if you delete the wrong entry in s_core_rewrite_urls

i dont have an entry with „newsletter“ in „s_core_rewrite_urls“…

can you tell me how you resolved the problem?
